目的测评天敌暴露饮水冲突模型大鼠行为学变化特征及丹栀逍遥散的干预效果。方法以天敌暴露饮水冲突刺激法建立广泛性焦虑大鼠模型,造模同时进行药物干预,应激结束后以高架十字迷宫实验进行测评,综合评价该模型大鼠的行为学变化及丹栀逍遥散的干预效果。结果造模结束后大鼠运动活力降低,易激惹,高架十字迷宫测试开放臂活动次数减少,封闭臂活动次数增多(P<0.01)。中药治疗组较模型组运动活力提高,开放臂活动次数及时间增多,封闭臂活动次数及时间减少(P<0.01)。结论天敌暴露饮水冲突模型大鼠在行为学上表现出明显的焦虑,丹栀逍遥散可降低该模型大鼠的焦虑水平。
Objective To evaluate the behavioral changes of rats exposed to natural enemies exposure to drinking water and the intervention effect of Danzhi Xiaoyaosan. Methods To establish a generalized anxiety rat model by stimulating the exposure of drinking water to natural enemies. The models were treated with drugs at the same time. After the stress was over, the subjects were evaluated by elevated plus-maze test. The behavioral changes of the model rats were evaluated comprehensively and Danzhi Xiaoyaosan Intervention effect. Results After the model was established, the motor activity of the rats decreased, irritability, the number of activities of the open arms decreased and the numbers of the arms closed increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the Chinese medicine treatment group increased the motor activity, the number and time of open arms activities, the number and time of closed arms activities decreased (P <0.01). Conclusions The model rats exposed to natural enemies of drinking water show significant anxiety in behavior. Danzhi Xiao Yao San can reduce the level of anxiety in the model rats.
