时代需要应用型、复合型的法律人才,传统的“刑法学”教学方法因自身固有的缺陷无法克服,已经满足不了人才培养的需要。“刑法学”具有很强的实践性和可操作性,针对“刑法学”教学中存在的对实践教学环节重视不够等问题,应当逐步引入网络平台教学模式以作为“刑法学”教学方法的有益补充。
The times require application-oriented and compound-type legal talents.
