本文基于实分析,为CNC系统提出了一种刀具半径补偿的理论。它严格地定义了“过加工”概念;提出了新的“掩盖”概念;给出了它们的判别定理和求刀具半径补偿的算法。 Based on the real analysis, this paper presents a theory of tool radius compensation for CNC system. It strictly defines the concept of “over-processing”, proposes new concepts of “cover-up”, and gives their discriminant theorems and algorithms for finding tool radius compensation.
