校长处于学校管理系统的核心地位、领导地位和决策地位,是学校办学方向的引导者、教育方针政策的贯彻者、师生员工的教育者、人际关系的协调者和学校运转的组织者。由此看来,校长只依靠自己很难实现学校的创新发展,必须学会整合资源,构建和谐、开放的工作氛围,凝聚广大教师的共同智慧,才能促进学校稳健发展。
The principal is at the core of the school management system, leading position and decision-making position. It is the guide of school running direction, the implementant of education policy, the educator of teachers and students, the coordinator of human relations and the organizer of school operation. From this, it is difficult for principals to rely on themselves to realize the innovation and development of their schools. They must learn to integrate resources, build a harmonious and open working atmosphere and pool the common wisdom of teachers so as to promote the steady development of the schools.
