胶质瘤中CD133、Nestin和ABCG2阳性细胞及其壁龛分布

rn目的探讨胶质瘤干细胞生存微环境—壁龛的结构和分布特征。方法采用免疫组化法检测26例胶质瘤标本中CD133、Nestin、ABCG2阳性细胞及壁龛的表达,计算其阳性细胞及壁龛数,并分级,分析其与病理分级的相关性。结果低级别(Ⅱ级)12例,高级别14例(Ⅲ级10例、Ⅳ级4例)。CD133、Nestin、ABCG2阳性细胞及其壁龛多半分布于血管周围以及血管相对富集的肿瘤边缘,三者均与病理分级呈正相关(P“,”Objective To investigate the structure and distribution of niche for micro-environment of glioma stem cells.Methods The expressions of CD133,nestin and ABCG2 positive cells and their niches were detected using immunohistochemistry in 26 glioma specimens of glioma patients.The CD133,nestin and ABCG2 positive cells and niches were calculated and classified.The correlation of them with pathological grade was analyzed.Results Of 26 cases,12 cases were assigned in grade Ⅱ and 14 cases in grade Ⅲ and IV.Majority of CD133,nestin and ABCG2 positive cells and their niches located around the vessels and relatively vessel-rich edges of the tumors.The CD133,nestin and ABCG2 positive cells and their niches were positively correlated to pathological grade(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion CD133,nestin and ABCG2 positive cells and their niches distribute mainly around the vessels and relatively the vessel-rich edges of the tumors.The niche of glioma stem cells plays an important role in the occurrence,development and invasive growth of glioma.
