为改进水轮机调速系统的性能和设计,需要得到准确的含压力钢管水轮机系统动态模型。 经典的阶跃响应和频率响应等建模方法,由于对机组正常运行影响较大而不宜经常进行,尤其是这些方法不能在线地实现。 本文将最小二乘辨识及二位式伪随机信号(PRBS)扰动技术应用于水轮机系统建模。通过所开发的微机系统实现了在线PRBS产生、扰动施加、数据采集和参数估计递推运算。模拟实验和现场水轮发电机组试验研究表明,辨识结果具有良好的精度。
In order to improve the performance and design of turbine governor system, it is necessary to get the accurate dynamic model of turbine system with pressure steel tube. Classical modeling methods such as step response and frequency response are not suitable for regular operation due to their great influence on normal operation of units. In particular, these methods can not be implemented online. In this paper, least squares identification and two-bit pseudo-random signal (PRBS) perturbation technology are applied to turbine system modeling. The online PRBS generation, disturbance application, data acquisition and parameter estimation recursion are realized through the developed computer system. Simulation experiments and on-site hydro-generator test results show that the identification results have good accuracy.
