近年来,研究生虽然顶着高等教育的光环,但其毕业后所面临的各类压力和现实却也不断挑战着传统研究生就业等方面的观念。这之中,作为既是非常实用却也很难有毕业生能真正从事的翻译专业,在这一方面的矛盾尤为突出。为能对以后翻译专业的研究生教育提供一定参考,本文从研究生入学的动机着手,对翻译专业研究生学习动机的新常态进行了调查,提出了一定的对策。
In recent years, although graduate students aura of higher education, but after graduation confronted by all kinds of pressure and reality but also continue to challenge the traditional postgraduate employment and other aspects of the concept. Among these, the contradictions in this respect are particularly prominent as translation professions which are both very practical and difficult for graduates to really engage in. In order to provide a reference for future postgraduates’ postgraduates’ education, this paper investigates the motivation of postgraduates’ entry to investigate the new normal of postgraduates’training motivation and puts forward some countermeasures.
