为了摸清杂交稻种隔年安全贮藏的制约因子,从1989年10月起,我们在1985年已有的试验结果基础上,根据近年来种子部门贮藏条件和包装方式的完善情况作了进一步试验,取得了一些试验数据。 1 供试材料和方法 1989年10月从当年入库的汕优63组合中批量抽取不同含水量的F_1种子,采用国标麻袋65公斤和塑料薄膜小袋1公斤定量两种包装方式,然后按试验设计要求分别堆码在装有空调机可控温除湿的库房(处理1)和普通库(处理2)内进行隔年贮藏。入库后用磷化铝(按每万市斤种子用药片25克计算)薰蒸防治仓害虫贮一次。冬春无雨、无雾日开窗通 In order to find out the control factors for the safety of hybrid rice in the next year, from October 1989 onwards, based on the test results already obtained in 1985, further tests were carried out based on the improvement of the storage conditions and packaging methods of the seed sector in recent years.
