监督信息获取难是当前制约看守所检察监督的一大问题,由于检察机关缺乏了解和掌握监管部门执法情况的机制和渠道,使得监督大打折扣,影响了监督的力度和效果。本文对监督信息获取难的原因进行分析,并就如何拓宽监督信息获取渠道,完善看守所检察监督提出一些建议。
The difficulty of obtaining information is one of the major problems that currently restrict the procuratorial supervision of detention centers. Due to the lack of mechanisms and channels for procuratorial agencies to understand and grasp the law enforcement situation of supervisory departments, oversight has been greatly reduced, which has affected the intensity and effectiveness of supervision. This article analyzes the reasons for the difficulty in obtaining information and proposes some suggestions on how to broaden the channels for obtaining information and how to improve the procuratorial supervision in detention centers.
