KB-5246为日本Kanabo公司制药研究中心研制的,化学结构见附图。化学名为:9,1-环氧甲撑-7-氟-8-(4-甲基-1-哌嗪基)-5-氧持-5-氢-噻唑〔3,2- a〕喹啉-4-羧酸盐酸盐。通过临床分离的25种菌共1846株对KB-5246的敏感性试验,并与环丙氟哌酸、氟嗪酸和氟哌酸进行了比较,结果表明,KB-5246抗金葡菌的活性分别为后三种药物的7.8倍、7.8倍和31.3倍;抗表皮葡萄球菌的活性分别为后三者的4倍、4倍和16倍;抗肺炎链球菌的活性分别为后三者的4倍、8.5倍和32倍;抗酿脓链球菌的活性分别为后三者的2

A total of 1846 clinical isolates were tested for sensitivity to KB-5246 against 25 strains of bacteria and compared with that of ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and norfloxacin.
