为改善齿轮钢材质量,采用原位统计分布分析、钻点取样化学成分分析等方法,研究了改变连铸结晶器搅拌工艺所生产的20CrMnTi钢连铸坯中C、Mn、Cr等合金元素的分布情况,得到了表示合金元素分布的二维、三维分布图,以及可定量表征材料均匀度的统计偏析度,从而对连铸生产工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,在其它生产工艺参数稳定的情况下,结晶器电磁搅拌电流为400 A,频率为2.5 Hz时,生产的连铸坯合金元素偏析程度最小。
In order to improve the quality of gear steel, the distribution of alloying elements such as C, Mn and Cr in 20CrMnTi steel slab produced by continuous casting mold mixing process was studied by means of in situ statistical distribution analysis and chemical composition analysis of drilling sampling. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional distributions of the alloying elements were obtained, and the statistical degree of segregation, which can quantitatively characterize the uniformity of the material, was obtained to optimize the continuous casting process parameters. The results show that the segregation degree of alloying elements in the cast slab is the smallest when the electromagnet stirrer current is 400 A and the frequency is 2.5 Hz under the condition of stable production parameters.
