我厂22m~3高炉原有风口直吹管是铸铁管,当风温超过900℃时即出现发红、易断,使用寿命很短,限制了使用高风温的水平.乘1985年6月高炉大修之机,改进了风口直吹管的材质,结构和制作方法。在使用1100℃左右的风温时没有出现上述弊病,实践表明,改进后的直吹管具有耐高温、绝热、制作简单、成本低、寿命长等优点,是一项行之有效的节能技术措施。
