目的探讨雷火灸对母婴分离初产妇泌乳的影响。方法将100例母婴分离初产妇按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组按母婴分离常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施雷火灸,观察比较两组初产妇泌乳始动例数、3 d内泌乳量及乳房肿胀的发生率。结果观察组泌乳始动时间比对照组提前,泌乳量大于对照组,产后3 d内乳房肿胀的发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸是一种创新型灸疗产品,属于非介入性操作,治疗时无疼痛,应用于促进母婴分离初产妇产后的乳汁分泌无毒副作用,效果显著,有利于临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of thunderstorm moxibustion on the lactation of primipara after maternal separation. Methods 100 cases of primipara separated by mother and infant were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 50 cases in control group were separated by routine nursing. The observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of control group, The number of primipara lactation cases, the amount of lactation within 3 days and the incidence of breast swelling. Results The onset time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, and the amount of lactation was larger than that in the control group. The incidence of breast swelling within 3 days after delivery was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Thunderstorm moxibustion is an innovative moxibustion product. It belongs to the non-interventional operation. It has no pain in treatment. It can be used in promoting the secretion of non-toxic and side effects of postpartum lactation of maternal and infant primiparous women.
