使用4个自选菌株在白肋烟晾制初期喷洒在植株表面。研究结果表明,菌剂对烟叶化学成分和评吸品质均具有一定影响。在化学品质方面,各菌株对不同部位烟碱含量的影响最为显著,一般可使烟碱降解率达40%以上,最高可达54.22%,最低亦达7.12%。菌剂可以使可溶性总糖、还原糖含量增加,使蛋白质、总N含量下降。因而施木克值、糖碱比和氮碱比的比值趋于上升,使化学品质更为协调。与此相关联,会导致烟叶评吸品质的提升。评吸结果指出:各菌剂处理评吸综合得分均高于CK,但是3号,4号和1号菌剂约高出CK 2分。原因是这3个菌剂有利于烟叶香气质、香气量的增加,劲头和刺激性的改善,其它评吸性状或多或少优于CK;而2号菌剂仅比CK高出0.1分,虽然在降低烟丝的刺激性、劲头,增加香气量方面有较好的表现,但是其它性状表现不佳,应予淘汰。
Four self-selected strains were sprayed on the plant surface at the beginning of burley tobacco airing. The results showed that the fungicide had certain influence on the chemical composition and smoking quality of tobacco leaves. The reason is that these three fungicides are conducive to the tobacco aroma quality, the amount of aroma, momentum and irritation to improve, other evaluation of traits more or less than CK; and No. 2 oncology only 0.1 points higher than CK, Although it has good performance in reducing the irritation, strength and aroma of cut tobacco, other traits have not performed well and should be eliminated.
