别开生面的教研活动“认真倾听,不懂要问”;“积极发言,举手要快”。这是记者2007年1月24日,在北京市海淀区中关村第四小学会议室墙上看到的温馨提示。不过,这些提示可不是给孩子们看的。此时,会议室里气氛热烈,一群“大孩子”正积极踊跃地发言,他们都是中关村四小的老师。老师们分为六个合作小组围坐在一起,占据了会议室的中间地带。在会议室正前方的黑板上写着红色大字:“第三届‘我们作为研究者’研讨会”。
