目的:了解烹饪油烟冷凝物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将6~8周龄的雌性小鼠随机分为5组,每组9只,腹腔注射烹饪油烟冷凝物,各组剂量分别为25ml/kg、50ml/kg、100ml/kg、200ml/kg,另外一组给予生理盐水(200ml/kg)作为阴性对照,每日注射一次,共染毒6d。结果:烹饪油烟冷凝物可使小鼠脾脏和胸腺等免疫器官重量减轻(P<001),小鼠DTH、外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率受到明显抑制(P<001),小鼠外周血象白细胞计数及其分类中淋巴细胞百分比明显减少(P<001),小鼠血清抗体滴度明显降低(P<005或P<001)。结论:烹饪油烟冷凝物对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均可产生明显的抑制作用
Objective: To understand the influence of cooking fume condensate on immune function in mice. Methods: Six to eight-week-old female mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 9 mice in each group. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with cooking oil fume condensate. The doses of each group were 2.5ml / kg, 5.0ml / kg and 10.0ml / Kg and 200ml / kg respectively. The other group received normal saline (200ml / kg) as negative control and injected once daily for 6 days. Results: Cooking soot condensate reduced the weight of immune organs such as spleen and thymus in mice (P <001), and the positive rate of ANAE in DTH and T lymphocytes of mice was significantly inhibited (P <001) The white blood cell count of peripheral blood and the percentage of lymphocyte in its classification decreased significantly (P <001), and the serum antibody titer of mice decreased significantly (P <005 or P <001). CONCLUSION: Cooking fume condensate can significantly inhibit the cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice
