采用贝雷法优化多孔安山岩混合料的级配设计,进行了不同FAc和FAf值矿料级配的压实特性试验;在配合比设计中分别应用沥青浸渍法和计算法测定混合料的最大理论相对密度,并对比分析安山岩沥青混合料的路用性能;进行了安山岩沥青混合料的水稳定性能试验和汉堡车辙试验。试验结果表明:适当增大FAc和FAf值能提高安山岩沥青混合料的压实效果;较之计算法,沥青浸渍法可以更为准确地测定多孔安山岩沥青混合料的最大理论相对密度;掺加消石灰是改善安山岩沥青混合料的最优措施。
By using Beile method to optimize the grading design of porous andesite mixture, the compaction characteristics of different FAc and FAf ore grading gradations were tested. In the mix design, the maximum theory of mixture was determined by using the method of asphalt impregnation and calculation Relative density, comparative analysis Anan rock asphalt road performance; Andean asphalt mixture water stability test and the Hamburg rut test. The results show that increasing the FAc and FAf properly can increase the compaction effect of andesitic asphalt mixture. Compared with the calculation method, the asphalt impregnation method can more accurately determine the maximum theoretical relative density of porous andesite asphalt mixture. It is the best measure to improve the safety of bituminous mixture.
