患者男性,46岁。主诉:左鼻塞,流涕带血2个月。体检:浅表淋巴结未触及,左侧鼻背轻隆,左鼻腔见肿物堵塞鼻总道,色暗红,表面光滑,质脆,触之易出血。右鼻腔未见肿物。鼻咽粘膜光滑,未见新生物。无颅神经损害征。心肺无异常。腹软未触及肿块,肝脾未及,X线副鼻窦照片见左鼻腔内有软组织肿块影,副鼻窦未见异常,无骨质破坏;胸片未见肿大纵隔淋巴结,血常规及血沉正常。左侧鼻腔肿物活检为左鼻腔非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。(病理号:83806。)于1983年
The patient is 46 years old. Chief complaint: left nasal congestion, blood flow 2 months. Physical examination: The superficial lymph nodes are not touched, and the left nasal dorsum is mildly prolonged. The left nasal cavity shows that the mass obstructs the total nasal tract, the color is dark red, the surface is smooth, and it is crisp and easy to touch. There was no mass in the right nasal cavity. The nasopharyngeal mucosa was smooth and no new organisms were seen. No sign of cranial nerve damage. No abnormalities in heart and lungs. Abdominal soft masses not touched, liver and spleen not seen, X-ray paranasal sinus photos see the left nasal cavity with soft tissue mass shadow, paranasal sinus no abnormalities, no bone destruction; chest radiograph no mediastinal lymph nodes, blood and erythrocyte sedimentation normal .
