监督执纪“四种形态”既是对党内监督工作的重要理论创新,又是推动纪律审查工作转型的方向指引。实践“四种形态”的过程,就是中央战略部署结合各地区实践具体化的过程,就是各地把实践经验总结制度化的过程。我们在把握运用监督执纪“四种形态”的过程中,坚持实践探索在前,建章立制在后。工作越深入,遇到的问题就越具体。实践中两方面突出问题需要重点解决:一是主体责任谁来落实,二是监督责任怎样细化。有的同志学习实践“四
