云南以礼河电厂三、四级电站装有捷克供货的冲击式水轮机,厂房均采用地下式,内装四台卧式双转轮四喷嘴的冲击式机组。自一九六六年四台机分别投入运行以来,长期存在水轮机振动,造成两次重大性的设备事故。经多年的摸索分析,对振动问题进行了多次改进,至今效果较好,能保证机组的安全运行。
The Yilihe Power Plant III and IV power plants in Yunnan Province are equipped with impact turbines supplied by the Czech Republic. The plants are all underground and contain four horizontal twin-rotor four-nozzle impact units. Since the operation of the four machines in 1966, respectively, there has been a long-term vibration of the hydraulic turbines, resulting in two major equipment accidents. After years of groping analysis, the vibration problem has been improved many times, so far the effect is better, which can ensure the safe operation of the unit.
