目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年性类风湿关节炎(EORA)的临床疗效。方法:将80例EORA患者随机分为2组。对照组口服甲氨喋呤片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注。8周后观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组87.5%,对照组72.5%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组改善晨僵、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、双手平均握力、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗EORA有效、安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile rheumatoid arthritis (EORA). Methods: Eighty EORA patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group oral methotrexate tablets, diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets treatment; the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment with intravenous infusion of Danhong injection. After 8 weeks to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate (P <0.05). The treatment group improved morning stiffness, joint swelling, joint tenderness, (ESR), rheumatoid factor (RF), C-reactive protein (CRP) and other indicators were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe for EORA, which is worthy of clinical application.
