近年来,中国在世界范围内的发展和改变都取得了令人瞩目的优异成果,每一行业都呈现出蒸蒸日上的发展态势,特别是在建筑行业,发展的速度更是惊人,面对不断的发展和进步,我们不能只是一味的关注喜讯而不在乎随着发展暴露出的种种问题,将潜在的问题彻底解决,防患于未然,才是发展之道。目前我国的土木工程建设系统主要存在的问题是管理问题,面临的两大挑战是工程的安全以及工程的质量。因此,现以严谨的科研态度对土木工程管理方面存在的问题进行了细致的分析和探讨。并就分析结果提出了相对应的对策和建议。

At present, the main problems existing in the civil engineering construction system in our country are the management problems. The two major challenges are the safety of the project and the quality of the project. Therefore, we have carefully analyzed and discussed the existing problems in civil engineering management with rigorous scientific research attitude. And put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion to the analysis result.
