资金约束是初创企业高死亡率的重要原因之一。初创企业有着不同于其他企业群体的融资障碍。本文从社区银行及关系信贷对初创企业的运作失灵、专业化私募股权投资机构对中小企业早期投资的规避、民间借贷在传统“小社区”外的优势削减以及非正规股权投资整体上因信息不完全导致的特别突出的效率损失四个方面,解析了初创企业融资市场的主要缺陷。
