目的探讨盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合美洛昔康对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者症状改善及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月韶关市乳源县桂头镇中心卫生院收治的124例RA患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组患者采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察组患者采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合美洛昔康治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组患者症状改善情况、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生情况,随访3个月后,评估其日常生活能力。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵时间、C反应蛋白(CRP)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者腹痛、胸闷、畏寒、消化不良、胀气发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者治疗的总有效率为96.8%,明显高于对照组的82.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月后,观察组患者日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分为(70±4)分,明显高于对照组的(54±4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合美洛昔康治疗RA,临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者病症,提升其日常生活能力,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride injection combined with meloxicam on the improvement of symptoms and daily living ability of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 124 RA patients admitted to Guitou Central Hospital, Ruyuan County, Shaoguan City were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 62 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection. Patients in the observation group were treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Meloxicam. After 2 weeks of treatment, the improvement of symptoms, the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. After 3 months of follow-up, their daily living ability was evaluated. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the joint swelling index, joint tenderness index, morning stiffness time, C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group P <0.05). The incidence of abdominal pain, chest tightness, chills, dyspepsia and flatulence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.8%, significantly higher than 82.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the ADL score of the observation group was (70 ± 4) points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (54 ± 4) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with meloxicam in the treatment of RA has significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the patients’ condition and improve their daily living ability, with high safety.
