兰化公司进行战略重组改制后,将公司教育处、党校、培训学校、技工学校、职业高中和五大化工厂的教育科合并,组建教培中心。教培中心组建时,共有人员226人,以内退和买断工龄的形式减员后,现有117人。从特大型石油化工企业的规模看,这支职教队伍的数量不算庞大,但从公司的发展状况和深化改革的形势来看,公司面临巨大的生存发展压力。因此,教培中心也面临更大的生存发展压力。人应怎样生存,工作怎样开展,今后出路何在,都是大家所关心的。现从内外环境及发展趋势作一简要分析。
