本文介绍了中频感应加热提拉法生长Nd:YAG晶体所需要的设备、仪器与工艺条件。通过对生长装置的温度分布的研究,确定了生长Φ40~45mmNd:YAG晶体的温场。在此温场条件下,较好地生长出Φ40~45mmNd:YAG晶体,晶体的成炉率为86.5%,加工成的激光棒成品率为85%,其中Φ3~6.5mm系列的优级品率21%;Φ7~12mm系列的优级品率15%。在我国率先建立了Φ3~12mmNd:YAG激光棒系列,该系列产品在许多军工和民用项目上得到了良好的应用。
This article describes the equipment, instruments and process conditions required for growing Nd: YAG crystals by intermediate frequency induction heating and pulling. By studying the temperature distribution of the growth device, the temperature field of Φ40 ~ 45mmNd: YAG crystal was determined. Under this temperature field condition, the Φ40 ~ 45mmNd: YAG crystal grows well, the rate of crystallization of the crystal is 86.5%, the finished laser rod yield is 85%, of which Φ3 ~ 6.5mm Grade rate of 21%; Φ7 ~ 12mm series of excellent grade rate of 15%. In our country the first to establish Φ3 ~ 12mmNd: YAG laser rod series, the series of products in many military and civilian projects have been a good application.
