随着高等教育模式的转变,职业技术教育发展趋势也在发生变化,提高学生的就业质量已成为衡量职业学校办学质量的生命线。用人单位对就业人员的素质要求也越来越高,因此我们要在增强高职毕业学生核心竞争力的前提下提高就业质量。
With the transformation of the mode of higher education, the trend of the development of vocational and technical education is also changing. Improving the quality of students’ employment has become the lifeline to measure the quality of running a vocational school. The employing units also have higher and higher requirements on the quality of employed personnel. Therefore, we must improve the quality of employment on the premise of enhancing the core competitiveness of graduating students from higher vocational colleges.
