在高楼林立的深圳经济特区,一座目前亚洲第一的超高层摩天大楼正拔地而起,为辉煌的特区经济建设锦上添花。这座81层高达383.95米的大厦就是位于深圳黄金地段的深圳地王商业大厦。这座大厦从1994年5月建出地面以来,仅用半年多时间就已经建到50多层,这座摩天大楼的建设引起海内外社会各界的关注。日前,我们走访了地王商业中心大厦钢结构主楼的施工单位——中建三局一公司,这是一支中国建筑业的老牌劲旅。正是他们,在建造当时有“华夏第一楼”之称的深圳国际贸易中心大厦过程中,创下了3天一层楼的“深圳速度”,享誉海内外;也正是他们,建造了中国第一座钢结构摩天大楼——深圳发展中心大厦以及上海国际贸易中心等知名建筑,并先后获得了四项中国建筑业的最高奖——鲁班金像奖。
In the high-rise Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, a super-high-rise skyscraper, which is currently the first in Asia, is rising and adding brilliance to the splendid economic construction of the Special Zone. This 81-storey building with a height of 383.95 meters is the Shenzhen Diwang Commercial Building located in the prime location in Shenzhen. Since the building was built on the ground in May 1994, it has been built to more than 50 multi-layers in just over half a year. The construction of this skyscraper has attracted the attention of people from all walks of life at home and abroad. A few days ago, we visited the construction unit of the main steel structure building of the Diwang Commercial Center Building – the China Construction Third Bureau and the Company. This is a veteran Chinese construction industry. It was them that during the construction of the Shenzhen International Trade Center Building, which was known as “the first floor of Huaxia” at that time, a three-day “Shenzhen speed” was built and enjoyed a reputation both at home and abroad. It was also they who built China. The first steel structure skyscrapers - Shenzhen Development Center Building and the Shanghai International Trade Center and other famous buildings, and has won four of the highest award of the Chinese construction industry - the Lupan Golden Award.
