Unlike other enterprise remote access solutions, Shiva LanRover access switches are specifically designed for businesses and service providers that require large-scale dial-in, dial-out and LAN connectivity. The LanRover Access Switch supports up to 120 concurrent users and maintains good performance even under maximum load conditions and high quality delivery of maximum amount of information. In order to achieve good reliability, LanRover access switches combine reliability, cost control, network management and error security mechanisms for today’s mission-critical and enterprise remote access environments. The LanRover Storage Switch supports up to 120 concurrent tasks with a modular, upgradeable, multiprocessor architecture. It provides a good availability of backup power, support for access to analog systems and ISDN systems. It also has the following features: a wide range of security options; a large number of network management tools; 10 / 100MB adaptive network
