系统研究了不同金属( 碱金属、碱土金属、过渡金属、稀土金属) 氧化物改性Hβ沸石的甲苯和1 ,3 ,5 - 三甲苯烷基转移反应活性以及产物对二甲苯的选择性。利用吡啶吸附红外光谱方法(IR) 研究了沸石表面的酸性,并与反应性能进行关联,得出较好的规律。研究发现该反应的活性中心来自B 酸和L 酸两方面的贡献,但必须有B 酸存在。碱金属氧化物改性Hβ沸石对该反应是不适宜的,Ag 、Zr 氧化物为较好的助催化剂。
The toluene, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene transalkylation reactions of different metals (alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, transition metal and rare earth) oxide modified Hβ zeolites were systematically studied and the selectivity to p-xylene was also studied. Pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy (IR) was used to study the acidity of the surface of the zeolite and to correlate it with the reaction performance to obtain better laws. The study found that the reaction center of activity from the B acid and L acid contribution, but there must be B acid exists. Alkali metal oxide-modified Hβ zeolites are not suitable for the reaction, and Ag and Zr oxides are preferred cocatalysts.
