番茄远缘杂种‘奥农一号 ×秘鲁番茄(L.esculentum × L.Peruvianum), F1’(下称‘奥×秘,F1’)的花粉发芽率35.9~40.0%,可排除其花粉败育引起杂种不稳的可能性.在正常条件下,花粉发芽率是‘奥农二号’>‘秘鲁’>‘奥×秘,F1’。本试验中番茄花粉离体培养最适宜条件是15%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸+1%琼脂的固体培养基;温度28℃ ;时间 4小时。‘秘鲁’需8小时。“试材 ×温度”存在互作效应,达a=0.01显著水平.
The pollen germination rate of tomato distant hybrid’Onong No.1 ’and L. esculentum L.L.Peruvianum and F1’ (hereinafter referred to as’Ax × Secret and F1 ’) could be ruled out Pollen abortion causes the possibility of hybrid instability. There was an interaction effect between “sample × temperature”, reaching a significant level of a = 0.01.
