介绍了新结构深孔钻的理论和实验研究结果。试验证明,采用这种钻头代替标准钻头可提高孔加工精度1～2倍,降低孔轴线偏斜量30～40％,提高钻孔效率30～50％。
The theoretical and experimental results of the new structure deep hole drilling are introduced. Tests show that the use of this drill instead of the standard drill can improve the hole machining accuracy of 1 to 2 times, reduce the hole axis deflection of 30 to 40%, improve the drilling efficiency of 30 to 50%.
