吴祈宗:北京理工大学教授,博士生导师;中国运筹学会常务理事,北京运筹学会理事长。主要研究方向包括运筹学、最优化理论与方法、管理科学、决策理论与方法等。作为主要成员参与的科研项目包括儿童学习能力评估系统、质量功能展开(QFD)软件研究、北京市西城区人才资源发展战略与“九五”规划研究、中老年心理功能的评估策略训练系统等。出版编著了《运筹学与最优化》、《运筹学》、《管理科学与工程》等书籍。
