众所周知,中枢神经系统、肾素-血管紧张肽-醛固酮系统,以及其它内分泌机制参与血压的调节。各种神经体液系统参与其作用机制的耳针疗法是高血压病纠正血压的有效的非药物疗法之一。但在其降压机制中内分泌变化研究甚少。本文目的在于研究耳针对病人神经内分泌和肽系统的作用。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病人35例,25~63岁。针刺耳廓垂体穴15分钟,每天1次,一疗程10次。以血内ACTH、STH、TTH、T_4、氢化可的松、醛固酮进行内分泌功能的评价并检查血浆肾素活性.
It is well known that the central nervous system, the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, and other endocrine mechanisms are involved in the regulation of blood pressure. Auricular acupuncture, in which various neurohumoral systems are involved in their mechanism of action, is one of the effective non-drug therapies for hypertension to correct blood pressure. However, little research has been done on its endocrine changes in its antihypertensive mechanism. The purpose of this article is to study the role of auricles in the neuroendocrine and peptide systems of patients. Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ patients 35 cases, 25 to 63 years old. Needle acupuncture pituitary hole 15 minutes, 1 day, a course of 10 times. The endocrine function of ACTH, STH, TTH, T_4, hydrocortisone and aldosterone in the blood was evaluated and plasma renin activity was examined.
