今年西部大开发迎来了第十个年头。十年来,依托金融业的大力扶持,西部地区经济实现了跨越式发展;十年来,出于金融业高尚的社会责任感,西部地区人民群众的生活水平显著提升。今年7月5日至6日,中共中央、国务院再次召开会议,对未来十年如何深入推进西部大开发提出了一系列新任务、新要求、新举措,这是西部大开发战略“新十年”发展的重新部署,也是金融业在此过程中扬帆启航、贡献力量的风向标。为此,本刊《新闻背后》栏目将通过金融业全力支持西藏社会经济发展、内蒙古打造金融生态、金融撬动青海循环经济跨越发展、西北农村金融创新面面观等一系列深入报道,全方位展示金融业在西部大开发战略中的卓越作为和突出贡献。
