为实现井下炸药库热风干燥装置的自动控温,曾试验过扇形温度计-中间继电器、水银温度计-中间继电器、水银温度计-光电控制器等三种方案。其中笫一、二种方案均不理想,主要是扇形温度计调不准,水银温度计寿命短。而笫三种方案的水银温度计,由于承受的电压低(11伏)、电流小(0.2毫安),因此寿命长,控温准确可靠。经一年多的使用证明,水银温度计-光电控制器是一种行之有效的自动控温装置。控温器的电原理见图1。自动控温装置的工作过程如下(见图2,图中还包括过电流保护、单相运行保护
