运用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(A-PAGE)对两系杂交小麦不育系,恢复系及其杂交组合F1种子醇溶蛋白进行电泳分析,结果表明:(1)温光型不育材料C49S的电泳谱带与恢复系材料有明显差异,不育系之间谱带非常相似;(2)杂交F1谱带主要表现为互补型和偏母本型,互补型的杂种优势较强,偏母本型的优势较弱,电泳分析结果与育种研究和田间资料相符。因此,种子蛋白电泳技术不仅可以鉴定亲缘关系、判断杂种真伪,而且可以作为预测杂种优势强弱的一种重要手段,提高杂交小麦的选育效率。
The results of electrophoretic analysis of F1 prolamin in male sterile line, restorer line and hybrid F1 of two lines with acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A-PAGE) showed that: (1) C49S electrophoretic bands and restorer materials are significantly different, the bands between the sterile lines are very similar; (2) F1 hybrid bands mainly for the complementary and partial mother of the type, the complementary heterosis is strong, partial The advantage of the female parent is weak, and the results of electrophoresis are consistent with the breeding and field data. Therefore, the seed protein electrophoresis technology can not only identify the genetic relationship, to determine the authenticity of hybrids, but also as an important means to predict the strength of heterosis to improve the breeding efficiency of hybrid wheat.
