管理者总是希望员工用100%的热情投入工作,对组织来说,这能够获得最大的效益。事实上,每个员工都有很大的潜能,只要把这些潜能发挥出来,组织的整体竞争力就会大大提高。运用激励就是发现和挖掘员工潜能的一条重要途径。激励运用的差别决定了管理者水平的差别,一名成功的现代管理者总是善于运用多种激励手段满足员工的多层次需求,调动他们的工作激情,实现组织的目标。
Managers always want employees to work with 100% enthusiasm, which is the greatest benefit to the organization. In fact, each employee has great potential, as long as these potential to play out, the overall competitiveness of the organization will be greatly enhanced.
