采用二因素四水平饱和D-最优设计,进行杜仲幼树氮磷配合施用研究,试验布设吸取了拉丁方排列的特点,共获得八组高径肥料效应曲面方程。方程分析表明,磷素对杜仲生长影响大于氮素,氮磷交互效应明显;文中进一步根据肥料价格,用等产线方程与最佳配比线方程计算得到一定产量下的最佳施肥量与最佳配比。
Two-factor and four-level saturated D-optimal design was used to study the application of nitrogen and phosphorus of Eucommia seedlings.
