混凝土搅拌后坍落度的损失给混凝土的浇灌带来不便,掺高效减水剂因塑化作用能使混凝土中水泥水化作用减弱,同时又促进水泥中C_3A与石膏反应,迅速生成钙矾石,减少混凝土中液态体积,使混凝土塌落度明显减小。江苏江都市减水剂厂生产的防塌落度损失的高效减水剂能使混凝土塌落度损失极小,如在动态情况下90min塌落度几乎不损失,即使在温度变化时掺该种减水剂的混凝土塌落度影响也不大。这种暂定名为TMB的缓凝高效减水剂是以马来酸酐与烯烃共聚物及萘磺酸甲醛缩合物为主加上少量的含气剂经一定的工艺流程制成的。
