提升机制动系统中闸盘的性能直接影响到制动效果,如果闸盘偏摆超标,则闸瓦间隙不一致,造成制动力变化波动剧烈,严重影响到提升机的安全可靠性。国家机械行业标准JB/T 2646-1992《单绳缠绕式矿井提升机》中已作了明确规定:闸盘装配后端面全跳动量为0.5mm,表面粗糙度Ra值为3.2μm;在国家《煤矿安全规程》中规定闸瓦与闸盘的间隙≤2mm。各生产厂家也将此项作为强制性必检指标,足见其重要性。
