介绍了宝钢新建的连续热镀锌机组锌锅加锌系统的构成,加锌作业的控制方式。为了控制锌锅液位和温度的波动,新建的连续热镀锌机组的加锌系统采用了两台加锌小车交替进行加锌。连续热镀锌机组加锌系统采用加锌小车交替地将锌锭加入锌锅的方法后,最大限度地减少了锌锅液位的波动,减少了新建的连续热镀锌机组锌的消耗。对于其它热镀锌生产机组的锌锅加锌控制具有借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the structure of the zinc pot plus zinc system of Baosteel’s new continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit and the control method of adding zinc.
