Non-ferrous metal smelting is a massive energy-consuming process. When producing metals, energy has always been a high cost element. Global competitive pressures force metal producers to make optimal choices. Traditional air-fuel combustion has its advantages and limitations. Oxygen combustion is the development of various non-ferrous metal smelting production. This article describes the status and development trend of oxygen combustion technology.
