目的:观察复方三芪丹胶囊对糖尿病大鼠糖代谢的作用及其作用机制。方法:通过链脲佐菌素制备大鼠高血糖模型,测定给药后糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、糖耐量、血清胰岛素(FINS)、肝糖原含量及SOD、MDA、TNF-a水平,评价复方三芪丹胶囊的效果。结果:复方三芪丹胶囊明显降低糖尿病模型大鼠FBG,改善模型大鼠糖耐量,升高FINS及肝糖原含量,提高SOD活性,降低MDA、TNF-a水平。结论:复方三芪丹胶囊通过调整糖代谢降低糖尿病大鼠血糖水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound Sanqi Dan capsule on glucose metabolism in diabetic rats and its mechanism. Methods: The rat model of hyperglycemia was induced by streptozotocin (STZ). The fasting blood glucose (FBG), glucose tolerance, serum insulin (FINS), hepatic glycogen content and the levels of SOD, MDA and TNF- , Evaluate the effect of compound Sanqi Dan capsule. Results: Compound Sanqidan Capsule significantly decreased FBG in diabetic rats, improved glucose tolerance, increased FINS and hepatic glycogen content, increased SOD activity, and decreased MDA and TNF-a levels. Conclusion: Compound Sanqidan Capsule can reduce blood glucose level in diabetic rats by regulating glucose metabolism.
