对 Altmann等人提出的数学模型进行了改进 ,提出了沉积层空隙率随操作参数变化的观点 ,较好地拟合了陶瓷膜非强化过程的实验数据。并在此基础上对湍流促进器强化过程进行了数学模拟 ,反映了操作参数对过滤通量的影响。
The mathematical model proposed by Altmann et al. Is improved, and the viewpoint that the porosity of the deposited layer changes with the operating parameters is proposed, and the experimental data of the non-strengthening process of the ceramic membrane is well fitted. On the basis of this, the mathematic simulation of turbulence accelerator strengthening process was carried out, which reflected the influence of operating parameters on the filtration flux.
