本文结合实际施工经验,从施工控制、浇筑后养护等方面对裂缝的产生与防治作出了阐述,提出了混凝土配合比设计、测温养护的一些可供借鉴的方法,针对大体积混凝土的浇筑,分析了大体积混凝土裂缝的原因,为防止由温度引起的裂缝,采取的措施以降低混凝土的内外温差,是结构安全与质量的保证。
Based on practical construction experience, this article elaborates on the occurrence and prevention of cracks from the aspects of construction control, post-placement maintenance, etc., and proposes some methods that can be used for reference in concrete mix design, temperature measurement and maintenance, and is aimed at the pouring of large volumes of concrete. The reason for the cracks in mass concrete was analyzed. To prevent cracks caused by temperature, the measures taken to reduce the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete were the guarantee of structural safety and quality.
