社会主义市场经济体制的建立使人们价值观念、价值取向和行为规范发生了深刻变化。在新形势下应从以下６个方面加强医德医风建设。首先要加强领导，各部门齐抓共管；第二，建立和完善监督网络，形成内外监督机制；第三，加强思想教育，提高认识，增强自身免疫力；第四，完善各项政策法规，实行奖惩并举；第五，建立职工医德档案，强化自我约束力；第六，建立医德医风奖励基金。
The establishment of a socialist market economic system has brought about profound changes in people’s values, values, and norms of behavior. In the new situation, medical ethics should be strengthened in the following six aspects.
