吉林省磐石市地处半山区,沟壑纵横,因而平整土地、开沟挖渠、修筑塘坝等推土作业较多。于是,人们纷纷把东方红-75型拖拉机装上推土铲。但是,由于东方红-75型拖拉机前进Ⅰ挡速度较快,牵引力相对较小,致使推土作业使不上劲,工作不平稳;而且由于没有倒Ⅱ挡,所以工作效率不高。为了能得到较高的工作效率,我们在把东方红-75型拖拉机装上推土铲后,又对变速箱进行了改
