教育质量是教育者事业的生命,在过去许多老师认为提高教育质量就要寄托在“加班加点”补课和题海战术上,这样就导致了今天的“教师很辛苦,学生很痛苦,然而我们的学生却没有得到应有的发展”。这是教育界现今还未能很好解决的问题,也是新一轮基础教育课程改革必须面对的一个问题,而且还需要提供多种解决问题的方案。在此笔者认为:“要真正解决这一问题的主渠道就是优化课堂教学”也是全面提高化学教学质量的基本要求,是实施素质教育的一项重要任务,也是减轻学生过重负担的一个根本措施。本文从处理教材、课堂及学生结构,改进教学模式,运用现代技术教学手段和注重课堂教学的引入等方面进行论述,对如何优化化学课堂教学的策略进行探讨。
