法国Welcom International公司推出一种称为Unicooker的家用红外炉。它基于热传导、热辐射及热传递相结合的烹烧机理,一部分红外辐射直接烹烧食品表面外,大部分热通过有盖烧皿内产生的蒸汽传递给食品。在常压下能使烧皿产生超热蒸汽是此红外炉独特之处,正是因为蒸汽在烧皿内的冷凝作用,而使红外炉比传统炉灶的热传递效率高得多。目前Unicooker红外炉已在瑞士和法国市场上
French company Welcom International unveiled a family of infrared furnaces called Unicooker. It is based on a combination of heat conduction, heat radiation and heat transfer cooking mechanism, part of the infrared radiation directly cooked food outside the surface, most of the heat through the lid of the steam generated by the cooked food is passed to the food. Under normal pressure, the superheated steam can be produced in the dish. The unique feature of this infrared oven is the condensing effect of the steam in the dish, which makes the heat transfer efficiency of the infrared oven much higher than that of the traditional stove. Unicooker infrared furnace is currently in the Swiss and French markets
